Dataroad was chosen by Free Now, formerly Kapten, for the computer installation of its office network, connecting the computer cabling and installing various wireless access points throughout the office.
Dataroad's networking and computer network installation team will provide the following services:
- Connecting computer cabling;
- CAT6 network points;
- Identification of network points in the rooms as well as in the rack;
- Installation of wireless access points;
- Configuration, installation and parameterization of the computer network solution.

In February 2019, mytaxi became part of a mobility joint venture between BMW and Daimler and underwent a rebranding in July of the same year, changing its name to FREE NOW. At the end of the same year, the app began to include scooters and electric bicycles from the hive brand.
In June 2020, Kapten, a French TVDE company, joined FREE NOW, making it possible to choose between TVDE, Taxi, Trotineta or Bicycle in a single app.
Today, FREE NOW employs 700 people in 26 offices across Europe.
